Use this guide to understand how to access your Communication History and Voicemail and the functions available.
Accessing Communication History
Your Communication History includes your voice and video call history and voicemails. To access your Communication History, select the Call History icon on the left-hand side of your main window.
You can easily return a call by double-clicking on the event. The Call History display represents all missed, placed, and received calls – regardless of where they were initiated or answered. For example, if you placed a call on your desktop phone, you will see that in the Call History on your desktop client.
The desktop client provides a visual way to easily access and manage your voicemail messages. To listen to voicemail, follow these steps:
- Select the Call History icon.
- Then, select the Voicemail tab.
- Select the message to listen to it. Once a message has been listened to, the message waiting notification will also disappear from your desktop phone and mobile device.
Note: Right clicking will provide you with a list of further options to manage your voicemail as well as list of options including calling back the person or adding them as a contact.
Save a Voicemail – To save a voicemail message, right click on the message and select Save As. You can then save the voicemail message as a .wav file to your computer.
Delete a Voicemail – Right click on the message and select Delete. You will then be prompted to confirm deletion of the message.
