Blind Transfer

If you are on an active call, you can perform a Blind (or unannounced) Transfer to another contact within the company directory or an ad-hoc number.

  1. To do this while on an active call from the communication window select the Options icon.
  2. Then, select Transfer to and then New.
  3. Click image for large view
  4. A Transfer window will appear. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
  5. Then select Transfer Now.  The call will be transferred.

Attended Audio Transfer

If you are on an active call, you can perform an Attended Transfer to another contact within the company directory or any other number you dial via the keypad an ad-hoc number.

  1. To do this while on an active call from the communication window select the Options icon.
  2. Then, select Transfer to and then New.
  3. Click image for large view
  4. A Transfer window will appear. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
  5. Then, select Attended Audio.

  7. Once the third-party answers, you can then select Transfer to complete the transfer.

Conference Calls

To initiate a Conference Call from an active call, follow these steps:

  1. While on an active call, select the Options icon.
  2. Then, select Conference with and then New.

  4. A Conference with window will appear. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you would like to conference in. Then, select Call.
