Placing a Call on Hold

To place an active call on Hold, from the main window select Hold Call.  To resume, select Unhold Call.

Parking and Retrieving Calls

The Call Park and Call Retrieve features allow you to park an active call on your extension or another user’s extension within your Call Park Group and retrieve the parked call from another phone. 

Call Park

  1. To park a call, click the Options icon in the communications window. 
  2. Then, select Park Call.

  4. Next, select the extension against which you would like to park the call. This could be your extension, or another extension within the office.
  5. Select the Park button.

Call Retrieve

  1. To retrieve a parked call, select Calls.
  2. Then select Retrieve Parked Call.
  3. Choose to retrieve With UC-One or With Phone.
