Call Pull

The Call Pull feature allows you to continue a conversation that has already been initiated on your desktop ProConnect application to your mobile application. To pull a call, open the main menu and tap Pull Call. The call will move from your ProConnect desktop application to your mobile client.

Call on Hold

To put a call on Hold during an active call, select the Hold icon. The caller will go on hold and hear the on-hold audio on the Music-on-Hold file that has been set up for your business.
