Introduction

This guide provides details on the following call options for transferring calls and initiating three-way conference calls using your ProConnect mobile application.


1.

Blind Transfer

If you are on an active call, you can perform a Blind (or unannounced) Transfer to another contact within the Directory or by dialing an ad-hoc number. To do this while on an active call, follow these steps:

  1. Select Options in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Then select Transfer.
  3. Click image for large view

  4. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
  5. Then tap Transfer to. The call will be transferred.

Attended Transfer

If you are on an active call, you can perform an Attended (or consulted) Transfer to another contact within the Directory or any other number you dial via the keypad. To do this while on an active call, follow these steps:

  1. Select Options in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Then select Transfer.
  3. Click image for large view

  4. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to. Select the contact.
  5. Then select Call First.
  6. Once the third-party answers, tap Complete to complete the transfer.

Three-Way Conference Call

To initiate a Three-Way Conference, while you are on an active call, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Options icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Then select Conference
  3. Click image for large view

  4. You can then select from your contacts or dial a number to call.
  5. Once they have answered the call, the three parties will automatically be added to the conference call.
