Call Pickup
The Call Pickup feature allows you to answer a call on behalf of another group member who isn’t available.
- While an incoming call is ringing your deskphone, select Call Pickup in the footer of the Webex App.
- Choose the appropriate pickup group from the list. You may have multiple groups to choose from depending on your Call Pickup setup.
Note: To select a group, your administrator must first make you a member of a call pickup group. - To perform a Directed Pickup, enter the pickup number in the field and press the green arrow. Your call is then placed.
