Downloading the Webex Application

To download the Webex application to your computer:

1. First, you must ACTIVATE the email address that you want to use with your ProConnect account with Cisco. Ask your site administrator or account manager for your activation link. This is only done the first time you log in to your Webex account. Activation links your email address to your ProConnect account.
2. Go to https://www.webex.com/downloads.html. Your platform should automatically be detected.Click Download.

3. Once downloaded, launch the installer and follow the instructions on the screen.
