 Introduction

The Webex mobile app is optimized for business messaging and calling. Webex keeps professionals fully connected to the workplace with easy access to people and information from their smartphones. This guide will take you through the steps for downloading and signing in to your Webex mobile app on your iPhone.

Download and Install

  1. First, you must ACTIVATE the email address that you want to use with your ProConnect account with Cisco.  Ask your site administrator or account manager for your activation link.  This is only done the first time you log in to your Webex account.  Activation links your email address to your ProConnect account.
  2. To download the Webex Mobile app directly from your iPhone, visit the App Store. Select the Webex for Business app and tap on the download button.

Once installed on your iPhone, launch it, and then accept the End User Agreement.

  1. You can also navigate from your desktop’s browser to this web address: https://www.webex.com/downloads.html and scan the QR code with your mobile phone.

Signing In

Once you have accepted the Webex User Agreement, the login screen appears.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your ProConnect account
  2. Click Next. You are redirected to the Consolidated login page.
  3. Enter your ProConnect User ID and Password. Your User ID is your ten digit phone number @voicecci.net (e.g. 9135551212@voicecci.net)
  4. Click Sign In.

               Note: If you have forgotten your password, contact your company administrator to have it
               Reset.

  1.  If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to activate your email address. In the field provided, enter your email address and then proceed to click Next.
  2. An email validation screen appears asking for you to check your email to confirm receipt and activate your account.
  3. Once you receive the email, open it and click on Verify My Email Address.
  4. An Emailed Verified screen appears once verification is complete. Once it is validated, the remaining items appear on the screen.

You will now be able to sign into your Webex account.

Note: You will need to enter your password each time you log into Webex for security purposes. Please make sure you document your Webex password, for future reference.

Once you are logged in, you can see your Webex Dashboard. From here, you can create a Space, initiate chats, make phone calls, access your calendar, join meetings, and more.

Signing Out

To Sign Out of Webex, click on your Profile Icon and then select Sign Out.

You will now be logged out of Webex and can sign back in at any time.
