Dialing Settings
Dialing settings is where you can turn dialing on or off for the different types of applications that the software supports. To access your dialing settings, select Configuration, and a new window will appear. Then, under General, select Dialing.

Check the appropriate boxes to turn the required dialing methods on or off. The different methods of dialing include:
- Focus dialing – Dynamically recognizes any telephone numbers in the textbox where the cursor is located and allows the number to be dialed.
- Clipboard dialing – Copy a telephone number to the clipboard for Business Integrator to dial it automatically.

Dialing helpers – Additional dialing options can be configured by selecting Dialing helpers. Here you can enable the following options:
- Browser extension – Select the web browser that you would like to install the extension in from the dropdown menu.
