Starting a Meeting

If you have a Standard or Premium Webex Package (Executive or Meetings Plus ProConnect seat), you can meet in your Cisco Webex Personal Room.


To start a meeting, go to Meetings, by selecting the Meeting icon


Choose Start a meeting


Note: If you don't see Start a meeting, it could be because:

  1. You don't have a Standard or Premium Webex account.
  2. You only have a Basic account (Primary ProConnect seat) which does not include the Personal Meeting Room.

Adding Participants

You can invite people to your personal room meeting in two ways:

  1. From the meetings dashboard, click on the copy of your room meeting link.
  2. Locate the person from your people and space area you would like to invite.
  3. In the messages area, past the link and proceed to press Enter.
  4. The link will now be sent to the invitee.

or

  1. Locate the person you want to invite from the people and space area.
  2. Click image for large view
  3. In the message area, click on the My Personal Room Link icon. This will input your meeting room link into the message area.
  4. Press Enter to send the link to the invitee.
