Virtual Training


  • The general session webinars are free, regular sessions where users have an opportunity to better understand the products in an open forum. This 60-minute session is led by a qualified trainer. After engaging with attendees, the trainer works to have the session meet the needs of those in attendance. This may range from training on the most important items for beginners to touching on more complex topics for more advanced users.
  • These general sessions are offered four times a month and are open to anyone who registers. Pre-registration is required.


  • A 90-minute, custom webinar session allows for a fully tailored training designed to meet the needs of the individual customer. To order a customized training session, contact your sales associate. From there, we’ll work with you to determine the base of your training development. During the training, you’ll be asked a series of questions to help further customize what your session will cover. We recommend this training is conducted in the days prior to going live.
  • Other types of custom webinar training include Webex Contact Center and Enhanced Call Reporting provided by Akixi. Custom training sessions are recorded and provided to you for playback.
