Group Call Report

You can access call records for a group within the admin portal. This guide reviews how to access the call records dashboard, how to drill down to specific date ranges, and how to export the information as a .CSV file.

  1. From the dashboard, in the left-hand menu, expand Call Reports under Reports.
  2. Select Group Call Report.
  3. Click image for large view
  4. Here you’ll see an at-a-glance view of your call records for Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Last Week.
  5. To drill down to see more information, select either Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Last Week.

  7. To select a specific date and time range, select the Search icon.

  9. Select the date/time range you’d like to view.
  10. Select Generate.

  12. Once generated, there are two tabs to show results - Overview and Raw Data.
  13. To export/download the report, select the Raw Data tab and then select the Download icon.
