Group Call Report
You can access call records for a group within the admin portal. This guide reviews how to access the call records dashboard, how to drill down to specific date ranges, and how to export the information as a .CSV file.
- From the dashboard, in the left-hand menu, expand Call Reports under Reports.
- Select Group Call Report.
- Here you’ll see an at-a-glance view of your call records for Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Last Week.
- To drill down to see more information, select either Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Last Week.
- To select a specific date and time range, select the Search icon.
- Select the date/time range you’d like to view.
- Select Generate.
- Once generated, there are two tabs to show results - Overview and Raw Data.
- To export/download the report, select the Raw Data tab and then select the Download icon.
