Introduction
The Voice Messaging Distribution List service presents the option to forward voice messages to a group of people within your organization. If voicemail to email is configured, the message can be sent as an email attachment. This feature allows any voicemail user to forward voice messages to multiple recipients. The Voice Messaging Distribution list service is set up in your ProConnect portal and used in your voice portal when composing a new message and when replying to or forwarding existing messages.
You can configure up to fifteen distribution lists. The distribution lists are numbered from 0 to 14, corresponding to the key you must use in the voice portal to use a given list.
