Introduction
Hoteling Guest allows a user to associate their service profile with a Hoteling Host user. This enables the guest user to use the host’s device with the guest user’s service profile. This feature is useful for transient employees.

To Enable Hoteling Guest:
- From the main dashboard, locate the Calling Features panel. Find Hoteling Guest and click on the Hoteling Guest hyperlink. The Edit Settings window will appear.
- In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
- Optionally, you can enable Enforce Association Limit here. If enabled, the number of hours set will define the duration of the Hoteling Guest setting. To enable, check the Enforce Association Limit checkbox.
- Select the number of hours for Association Limit from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Host phone (the phone you will be using) from the Hosts dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
To disable Hoteling Guest, click on the toggle button. This will deactivate this feature and the user operation will return to normal.
