Introduction
You can reset your password and passcode from the user portal and also reset your password from the login page.
1.
Password
Reset Password from Login

- From the login screen, select the Forgot Password? option.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your email address.
Note: The email address you entered must match the email address on your ProConnect user account. If the emails do not match, you will not receive a password reset email.

- Check the reCAPTCHA box.
- Click Submit.
A link to reset your password has been sent.
Note: The Forgot Password link works for user accounts only; it does not work for group or enterprise admin accounts.
If you need to reset the password for a group or enterprise admin, you will have to call into the Consolidated ProConnect Support team at 833-684-1892
Option 2.
Reset Password from Portal
- From the user dashboard, locate the Passwords panel.
- To change your Password, click on the Lock icon.
- From the Edit Password window, proceed to enter your current password. Then enter the new password in the New Password field. When complete, re-enter the password in the Repeat Password field.
- Click Save when complete. Your new password will now be set.
2.
Passcode
- To change your Passcode, click on the Settings icon. The Edit Passcode window will appear. Enter your current passcode.
- Proceed to enter your New Passcode in the new password field. When complete, re-enter the passcode in the Repeat Passcode field.
- You can also have the system generate your passcode by clicking the Key icon. When clicked, this will generate the same entry in both fields.
- Click Save when complete. Your new passcode will now be set.
