Introduction
The Alternate Numbers service allows a user to have up to ten alternate phone numbers in addition to the main phone number and to assign one of four distinctive ring patterns to each alternate number. In addition, a distinctive call waiting tone is associated with each distinctive ring pattern.
Note: Only the system administrator can configure alternate numbers for users and extensions.

Alternate Numbers
- From the user dashboard, locate and click on User Service Settings.
- The Services page will appear.
- Proceed to locate and click on Alternate Numbers. This will give you access to the Alternate Number configuration page.
- A list of Alternate entries appears.
