Introduction

Call forwarding is a phone management feature that helps you to redirect or forward incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number.

Call Forwarding Busy forwards calls when you are busy to the destination of choice.

Call Forwarding Busy

To forward all incoming calls to another number when your line is busy:

  1. From the main dashboard, locate the Calling Features panel. Find Call Forwarding Busy and click on the toggle button. The Call Forwarding Busy window will appear.
  1. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
  1. Proceed to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
  2. Click Save.

To disable Call Forwarding Busy, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
