Introduction

You can reset your password and passcode from the user portal and also reset your password from the login page.


1.

Password

Reset Password from Login

    1. From the login screen, select the Forgot Password? option.
    2. Enter your username.
    3. Enter your email address.

Note: The email address you entered must match the email address on your ProConnect user account. If the emails do not match, you will not receive a password reset email.

    1. Check the reCAPTCHA box.
    2. Click Submit.
      A link to reset your password has been sent.

Note: The Forgot Password link works for user accounts only; it does not work for group or enterprise admin accounts.
If you need to reset the password for a group or enterprise admin, you will have to call into the Consolidated ProConnect Support team at 833-684-1892
Option 2.

Reset Password from Portal

  1. From the user dashboard, locate the Passwords panel.
  1. To change your Password, click on the Lock icon.
  1. From the Edit Password window, proceed to enter your current password. Then enter the new password in the New Password field. When complete, re-enter the password in the Repeat Password field.
  1. Click Save when complete. Your new password will now be set.

2.

Passcode

  1. To change your Passcode, click on the Settings icon. The Edit Passcode window will appear. Enter your current passcode.
  1. Proceed to enter your New Passcode in the new password field. When complete, re-enter the passcode in the Repeat Passcode field.
  1. You can also have the system generate your passcode by clicking the Key icon. When clicked, this will generate the same entry in both fields.
  2. Click Save when complete. Your new passcode will now be set.
