Account Codes
ACD Not-Available reason codes are short text values such as "001", "Lunch", "Vacation", etc. Codes are usually manually entered by ACD agents at their associated phone endpoint to specify a reason why they are unavailable to answer ACD group (call center queue) calls.
Note: Not all phone endpoint types support agents manually setting ACD Not-Available reason codes, although the endpoint type does not limit the use of the application's inbuilt "Not-Available" action, which can be invoked from the report call control menu.
The following options may be displayed in the Not-Available menu:
Note: For Not-Available codes to be used by signed-in ACD agents, your Consolidated administrator must have first configured a list of pre-determined code values within the underlying telephony platform configuration, as well as appropriately configured the associated phone endpoints.
To verify if your phones support the use of ACD Not-Available codes, write down your endpoint manufacturer, model number, and firmware version, and refer these details to your Consolidated administrator.
