Sign In/Out of Groups (Call Queues)

When signing in to the application, you may not automatically be signed in to groups at every login and should sign in or sign out of groups when needed.

To sign in or out of groups:

  1. Locate the Report Toolbar.
  2. Click the Agent Options button.
  3. Select Agent Sign In/Out and choose the appropriate option.
